KDMC Nurse Practitioner Service

Our Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Cordial, provided by Kings' Daughters Medical Center, can come to your school or office and provide you with a well visit or physical. Most insurances will pay 100% for this service.  Please call the appointment number - 408-8920 - to schedule.

Examples of some of the other services they offer our staff:

Acute (sick) visits. These symptoms include sore throat, flu symptoms, allergies, upper respiratory infection, urinary tract infection, etc.
Physicals
Immunizations

Flu Shots
Labs (when ordered by provider)
Pharmacy delivery to the school for staff

With flu and sick season upon us, we have decided to make some changes to improve our services to help keep everyone healthy and we wanted to make you aware of them so you can share with your team.

  • We will now be doing catch up vaccines on Wednesdays instead of Fridays, this does not include the vaccine clinics.
  • Vaccine appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have the student’s up-to-date vaccine record and the vaccines needed.
  • Lab appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • Due to travel time from school to school, same-day appointments must be made by 2:00 pm. If made after 2:00 pm, the patient may have to be seen the following day.

As always, we thank you for entrusting us with your healthcare. We hope you and your family have a happy and healthy New Year! If you have any questions or concerns please call Kryston Bennett at 606.408.9507.
